Edogawa Conan 5 -pencil sketch-

Hello there! I'm here for 's Feedback Week! And I've very excited to critique your wonderful work!
Let me just say that this is an amazing character and a wonderful design! I've never heard of the show he's from, but the character is downright adorable and you've managed to display a very quirky personality with the design. I love the detail of the clothing you've put in and the quaint little areas of shading. this is very well done!
However, I will make a few suggestions (because where would a critique be without those?!). Firstly, the eyes look very odd. I'm not talking about the style they're done in, but merely that the left eye looks weird in comparison to the right eye, and vice versa. I would suggest fixing the right eye so it matches the left. I realize they are different due to the angle of the face but it's too much of a difference. He looks like he has two different types of eyes. Just adjusting one eye to make the other better would help a lot. If you ever need help with facial angles, Kxhara is a wonderful stock artist who has many tutorials on angles and foreshortening. Another thing I'd recommend would be to go darker! really push that pencil to the limits! Especially in areas like, his glasses, under the hair, the neck, his legs. All these areas could benefit from just going a tad darker with the pencil. I really hope you'll go further with this and add more shading and highlights. That could really bring out this piece!
Overall, you've done a wonderful job bringing to life a cute and well drawn character. I love the details and the attitude this character has, he just needs minor tweaks and darker lines to truly bring everything to life You've got a lot of skill drawing this type of style, keep up the awesome work!
